We, on behalf of the mandate seller in egypt, hereby with full corporate and legal authority and responsibility place this soft offer of copper cathode according to the following terms and conditions:
Product origin: Zambia or dr congo
Loading port: Durban
Price:5650usd cif aswp
Minimum quantity:1000 mt for 12 months.
Maximum quantity:5000 mt for 12 months.
Payment: Dlc transferable per shipment 100% at sight- upon receipt the following from seller.
Performance bond:2% pbg ( upfront ) before open non-operative lc after sign the final contract the seller will send by swift 2%pb bg to prove that he can deliver;these pb need to activated by sblc or irrevocable transferable lc
Procedure:
(1) buyer issues loi + bcl(with soft probe authorization)
(2) sell issue fco and draft contract
(3) after sign the final contract the buyer must send pof bank to bank
(4) the seller will provide 2%pb from top 50 banks in the world upfront, non-operative bg only without pop, because banks donnot accepte pop from africa we give 2%pb upfront to prove we can deliver
(5) the buyer will oepn transfarable lc activate the pb
We also can accepte payment after sgs from destination port with follow procedures:
Payment after 5 days from the date of arrival to destination port, no matter it is enough to do sgs at destination port or not.
-in this case, payment is through sblc or irrevocable, confirmed, transferable dlc, to be paid after 5 days from the date of arrival ship to destination port
To save time on both sides, no way to accept, non-transferable dlc, for any origin, african
We do not accept non transferabble lc.
